hot-hotter
wide-wider
big-bigger
kind-kinder
Например: hot-hotter-the hottest wide-wider-the widest big-bigger-the biggest kind-kinder-the kindest
Если у вас слово из нескольких слогов (polite, beautiful, sophisticated, efficient), то образование происходит при помощи слов more в сравнительной степени и the most в превосходной.
Например:
Sophisticated — more sophisticated — the most sophisticated
Efficient — more efficient — the most efficient

small, young, thin, thick, tall, fine, new, easy, busy, dirty, famos, beautiful, difficult, comfortable, expensive, good, bad, little, many

Small-smaller-the smallest, young-younger-the youngest, thin-thiner-the thinest, thick-thicker-the thickest, tall-taller-the tallest, fine-finer-the finest, new-newer-the newest, easy-easier-the easest, busy-basier-the basest, dirty-dirtier-the dirtest, famos-famoser-famosest, beautiful-more beautiful-the most beautiful, difficult-more difficult-the most difficult, comfortable- more comfortable-the most comfortable, expensive-more expensive-the most expensive, good-better-the best, bad-worse-the worst, little-littler-the littest, many-more-the most

popular customs, a nice holiday, an old man, a boring story, a short day, happy people, a polite boy, a lucky man, a tasty cake, a long way, an interesting story, a tall girl, a beautiful woman, a good song, a wonderful day
