Объясните правило Present Simple and Present Continios не могу понять.

Известно, что время Present Simple употребляется, когда речь идёт о повседневных действиях и реальных фактах, а время Present Continuous - в случаях, когда действие совершается на данный момент, сейчас. Например:
He walks to school every day. Он идёт пешком в школу каждый день.
The sun shines brightly in the mornings. Солнце светит ярко по утрам.
He is walking down the stairs now. Он идёт вниз по лестнице сейчас.
I am cooking dinner at the moment. Я готовлю ужин на данный момент.

Present Simple:
в сказуемом одно слово: глагол в 1 форме.
в 3 лице ед. Ч глагол принимает окончание
-s или -es
чтобы образовать вопросительную или отрицательную форму используем вспомогательный глагол do/does, а сам глагол будет в 1 форме.

Present simple это настоящее простое время обозначает действие которое происходит регулярно
образуется: глагол(V(s)) окончание у глагола появляется если глагол +he, she, it
положительное. Например: i watch tv every day. 
отрицательное. Образуется с вспомогательным глаголом do(are we they), does(he, she, it)+not. Например i don’t like watch tv every day,
вопросительное: образуется с вспомогательным глаголом do(are we they), does(he, she, it) на первом месте например do you like watch tv every day?

Жили-были четыре солнышка.   Жили они очень дружно. Рано вставали и освещали землю, согревали людей и  зверей. А были они добрые и веселые, часто устраивали праздники для своих  деток, маленьких солнышек, солнечных зайчиков. И люди на земле радовались  танцам солнечных зайчиков. Всем было хорошо.
