обострение национальных противоречий;
ослабление центральной власти;

Вот последствия распада СССР:
• резкое сокращение производства во всех странах бывшего СССР и падение уровня жизни населения;
• территория России сократилась на четверть;
• доступ к морским портам вновь осложнился;
